I run the independent record label LickWorX based in UK. We recently signed a Asian Rock Band - KanaKa.
What attracted and excited us with this band was the musical style of fusing a 'Euro/American Rock Sound to Lyrics in Hindi and Punjabi.
Our initial prompting to sign up to VOX was hearing that SonyBMG's network may have chance to hear KanaKa material, as we are looking to gain representation in a number of key territories for this music.
